⚽️ Active and reliable male assistant sought for 11-year-old boy in Härnösand

We are looking for a stable, energetic, and reliable adult to work as a personal assistant for an 11-year-old boy in Härnösand.

He is an active boy who enjoys speed and movement – especially ball sports, outdoor play, and video games. We are looking for someone who can match his energy while remaining calm and stable when needed. He has difficulty with consistent thinking and can escalate emotions quickly. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is stable, can work with a low-affective approach, and set boundaries in a safe and calm manner. This job is more than babysitting; it is an active and responsible role where you become an important part of his daily life.

Responsibilities

• Participate in active play and movement
• Serve as a safe and stable role model
• Assist with hygiene and daily routines
• Tube feeding
• Support with bladder management (urinary catheterization)
• Prevent and manage strong emotions in a calm manner

We are looking for someone who:

• Is physically fit
• Is safe and stable
• Can set clear boundaries in a calm manner
• Can handle intense situations without backing down
• Has experience with sports, working with children, or NPF (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) is a plus

A driver's license and access to a private car are required as they are necessary for commuting to work.

Previous experience in assistance or healthcare is advantageous but not a requirement – we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Working hours: Day, evening, 24-hour shifts, and on-call duties are included.

The position is mediated through an established assistance provider.
