Description
Do you care about the care of people with psychotic illnesses? Then we can offer you a meaningful job with us at the Psychosis Clinic Gubbängen. We are a team that is passionate about our patients, highly competent, and cares for each other. Key values for us are patient focus, accessibility, good treatment, and patient-perceived quality. The Psychosis Clinic Gubbängen receives patients with psychotic illnesses who primarily live in the districts of Farsta, Skarpnäck, and Vantör. The clinic consists of specialist doctors, nurses, healthcare assistants, a mobile team, and a nurse-led clinic. Additionally, paramedics and secretaries work at the clinic. In total, we are about 30 people.
Job Responsibilities
As a psychologist at our clinic, you are responsible for psychoeducational interventions and psychological treatment, provided both in group and individual formats.
The work also includes psychiatric assessments of comorbidity and other diagnostics. If interested, there is an opportunity to conduct neuropsychiatric investigations.
You have a strong interest in influencing and developing the treatment offer for our patient group. Since the work involves contact with the patient's family, relatives, and other healthcare providers, you have good collaboration skills, are sensitive, and flexible. You thrive working both independently and in a team. You want to contribute your knowledge and experience to provide patients with the best possible care and treatment.
All treatment will be provided based on regional care programs and SLSO's care process maps.
Qualifications
You are a licensed psychologist with CBT competence. We would like you to have experience working in psychiatry and experience leading group treatments. Experience working with this patient group is advantageous.
In addition to Swedish professional licensure, you have good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Conditions
The position is a permanent full-time employment Monday–Friday. Start date according to agreement.
We offer:
We offer good opportunities for professional development and friendly, engaged colleagues.
As an employer, we care about our employees' health and well-being and offer, among other things, flexible working hours, a fitness hour, and a 5,000 SEK annual fitness allowance.
We look forward to receiving your application!
The position will be filled provided it does not need to be reserved for internal transfer, according to current regulations.
