About Moberg Bil Moberg Bil is an independent car dealer challenging the industry in how used cars are purchased, prepared, and sold. We handle everything from passenger cars and transport vehicles to premium and sports cars.

Through a structured and efficient preparation process, we take every car from purchase to a finished product in our showroom. Together with Oddwork, we are now looking for salespeople to join our driven team.

This role is perfect for you if: You thrive on driving your own deals from first contact to closing. You enjoy competition – both against yourself and the market. Here, you get to help set a new standard for how car deals are done, while simultaneously building your own career in a company where driven individuals always have a place.

What does the Salesperson role entail? As a salesperson here, you are an important part of our dedicated sales team of ten people, who together steer towards common goals. You drive the entire sales process, from lead management and customer contact to quotes, test drives, trade-in calculations, and delivery. Additionally, you work proactively to find new customers and build long-term relationships. By listening to the customer's needs, you guide them to the best solution. We work towards clear goals, and naturally, a team leader is close by for support and coaching when you need it.

We are looking for someone who… …has a keen sense for business and knows exactly how to close a deal in the best way. You love working and thrive in a high tempo; the more that happens, the more you come into your own. As competitive and driven, you burn with the desire to exceed your own goals and make deals, while contributing to the team's shared success. Do you also have a natural feel for creating security for customers and have always been told you have a silver tongue? Then you fit perfectly with us.

  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

  • Category B driver's license

  • Previous experience in car sales is a plus, but not a requirement.
