We are now looking for a music teacher at Björkskolan in Skellefteå, for grades 7–9. Students from grade 6 at Bruksskolan also have their music classes at Björkskolan. The position is a temporary assignment during the autumn term of 2026, with the possibility of extension. The employment rate is approximately 30%.

The duties of the position include:

• Planning and conducting teaching.
• Participation in working groups.
• Potential mentorship in collaboration with a colleague mentor.

Björkskolan has several other teaching positions advertised on Platsbanken that can be combined into a larger position, based on your qualifications and the needs of the operations.

A Creative School

Each term, Björkskolan hosts 3–4 "Växa Workshops". This means an afternoon of creative work where you, as a teacher, can use your skills and interests so that students can grow in creativity and benefit from your knowledge, which extends beyond textbooks and the classroom.
