What we are looking for:
Are you a certified leisure-time center teacher driven by creating a meaningful leisure time for children and young people? Do you know how important this is and have the competence to handle the task? We are now looking for a pedagogue for our leisure-time center.

As a trained leisure-time teacher, you lead and develop the leisure-time center's activities based on the curriculum. Therefore, you should enjoy both leading and developing, and have a curious approach to your role.

About the role

You work together with the students in class alongside the responsible teacher and have an active role during breaks. In the afternoon, you work in the leisure-time center after the school day. You help create a red thread throughout the students' entire day and contribute to an operation characterized by security, joy, and movement.

Your assignment

You lead the leisure-time center's activities together with colleagues and create meaningful activities that stimulate students' development, cooperation, and joy of movement. The role also involves developing the activities and contributing to good cooperation with colleagues, students, and guardians.

We are looking for you who

• are a certified leisure-time center teacher.
• are a clear leader with good ability to build relationships and create a safe and inclusive environment.
• have a genuine commitment to students' development and thrive in a role where you can combine pedagogy, movement, and social learning.
• are flexible, solution-focused, and have an easy time collaborating.

Experience working in a leisure-time center is an advantage.

At Vittra, the leisure-time center and school form a whole. Learning and development guide all planned activities, and just like in school, we systematically work to monitor the quality of everything we do.
