Etraveli Group is a leading global provider of flight technology, specializing in flight sales as well as the delivery of flight content and fintech products. We exist to solve complexity by connecting millions of flights and travelers around the world – from search and selection to the journey itself and beyond.

We collaborate with major global platforms such as Booking.com, Google Flights, Skyscanner, and Kayak, offering seamless flight booking and related services. Our B2B portfolio includes a separate fintech business (Precision), Sweden’s leading flight comparison site Flygresor.se, Tripstack (our provider of B2B flight services and world leader in virtual interlining), and Wenrix, an integrated AI platform for flights. We also operate our own online travel agencies, including brands such as Gotogate, Mytrip, and Flightnetwork.

Of our 3,200 employees, approximately 40 work in our central customer service team in Uppsala. We are located in modern, bright premises with a fantastic rooftop terrace, just a five-minute walk from the central station. Here, you will become part of a young and dynamic team that values community, where we often organize activities and after-work events together.

About the role

In the role of Customer Service Agent (Travel Agent), you serve as the crucial link between us and our customers. The work is varied and focuses on problem-solving in a technical environment. You will work across multiple parallel systems to assist our customers via phone.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls regarding issues such as rebookings, cancelled flights, baggage inquiries, and name changes.
  • Navigate complex booking systems and ensure the customer's journey is handled correctly.
  • Deliver high-quality service and handle customer inquiries professionally.
  • Report technical issues and customer feedback within the organization.

Paid training and working hours: To ensure you feel confident in the role, your employment begins with an eight-week paid training program. Here you will learn our systems and working methods from the ground up together with a dedicated trainer. No prior experience is required, but it is crucial that you can attend in person for the entire training period.

We work standard office hours, 08:00–17:00 on weekdays. You are always off on weekends and public holidays.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Is computer literate and quick to learn new systems.
  • Has a positive attitude and a strong sense of service.

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably via phone.
  • Knowledge of booking systems such as Sabre or Amadeus.
  • Relevant education in travel/tourism.
  • Knowledge of Finnish, Danish, or Norwegian.
