Who are we looking for?
We are looking for you who want to work with first-line support and enjoy helping others. You need to be comfortable handling both simple and more technical questions and thrive in an environment where service and team spirit are important parts of everyday life. You are solution-oriented, can handle multiple cases in parallel, and communicate clearly and professionally.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- Experience in customer contact, preferably via phone or service desk
- High school education or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Driver's license and access to a car
An interest in technology is important, but there is no requirement for previous IT experience.
What does the role entail?
In the role as IT support and service desk, you will become part of a team of approximately eight people. You will jointly be responsible for receiving incoming cases via phone and email, supporting resellers and users, and ensuring that daily processes run smoothly. The team is helpful and down-to-earth, and you will receive a secure introduction where you will learn systems, routines, and ways of working.
The work involves varied working hours, and you will work as a consultant for a larger company in Södertälje. The position suits you who thrive in a role where days look different and where you have the opportunity to grow technically and develop your communication with users and colleagues.
