Southern Lapland Upper Secondary School Consortium (SLG) is a consortium comprising upper secondary schools in the towns of Vilhelmina, Storuman, and Tärnaby. The schools have high goal achievement rates and a high proportion of qualified teachers. Class sizes are small.
We strive for SLG to be the natural choice for young people in Southern Lapland, and we offer nine national programs, introductory programs, as well as apprenticeship training. SLG also offers NIU (National Sports Education) programs in arm wrestling and alpine skiing.
Our municipalities are beautifully located in Southern Lapland, characterized by forests, lakes, and mountains.
Description
SLG Vilhelmina, Malgomajskolan, is currently seeking 1 vocational teacher for Year 1 of the Vehicle and Transport Program.
Your Profile
You enjoy working with young people and are eager to share your knowledge with them, both practically and theoretically. It is important that, in addition to professional experience, you have the ability to conduct both theoretical and practical lessons, and that you can convey your knowledge in a pedagogical manner.
You have many years of experience as a mechanic. As a person, you are flexible and solution-oriented. You will be part of a team consisting of 6 people.
