About the position

We are currently seeking two personal assistants for a man living in Gammelgarn/Katthammarsvik. One position is full-time and the other is part-time. Your duties will include supporting daily routines and accompanying our client in his everyday life. We prefer that you have experience within healthcare and elderly care, and specifically in personal assistance. You must also be free of snus and smoking. The client lives in Gammelgarn but works in Visby and has many activities there, so you must also have a valid B-driving license and access to your own car.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 09:00–09:00 (the following day), Monday–Sunday. This involves approx. 5 hours of waiting time/night.

About the client

This young man has a great interest in history and enjoys playing video games, traveling, being out among people, and coming up with things to do. Therefore, we are looking for you who are a cheerful person with a lot of humor, who likes when things happen and contributes to making many things happen during the day. If you and our client share the same interests, that is very positive.

About you

We are looking for you who are cheerful, positive, and inventive. You have a creative mind, are musical, and have a good sense of humor. You should also be an encouraging and empathetic person. You need to have an understanding of healthcare work and be able to take personal responsibility in the job.

As a personal assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and meaningful everyday life for our client. You will be an important part of their life and contribute to their independence and well-being.

We believe that you who apply for this position are a person who is sensitive, flexible, and cooperative. The most important thing is that there is personal chemistry between you as the applicant and the client. This may become decisive in the final selection.

Requirements for you

• Hold a valid B-driving license,
• Have access to your own car,
• Are free of smoking and snus,
• Are free of pet hair (allergy-friendly).

Scope: 1 full-time, 1 part-time. Number of positions: 2. Start date: Immediately. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the positions will be filled as soon as possible. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.
