Camfil is a world leader in air purification solutions, and we are now looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative who wants to help develop the business, build long-term customer relationships, and contribute to better air quality in society.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for our small to medium-sized customers. You can be based at one of our offices in Malmö, Gothenburg, or Kalmar.

About the role

As an Inside Sales Representative at Camfil, you will become an important part of our team and be responsible for the entire sales process, from first contact to closed deal. In this role, you will work with proactive and relationship-building sales towards B2B customers throughout Sweden. You will drive business digitally and be responsible for developing both new and existing customer relationships. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will belong to an engaged team and receive full support through our Camfil Academy, where you will be trained from A to Z. Therefore, prior experience in air purification is not required.

Responsibilities

In the role of Inside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Contact existing customers (primarily property companies, service companies, industries, and municipalities) via phone, Teams, and email.
  • Identify and contact new customers and assess their potential.
  • Work with quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
  • Follow up on leads in CRM from webinars, campaigns, and trade shows.
  • Build strong and long-term customer relationships.
  • Work with our entire broad range of filters and filtration solutions.
  • Follow up on inactive customers.

We are looking for you who are a driven and self-motivated salesperson who enjoys working in a structured manner and taking personal responsibility for your business. You are skilled in relationships, business, proactive sales, and have the ability to understand the customer's needs.

  • Have experience in telemarketing or other outward-facing customer contact.
  • Are driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, and enjoy taking own initiatives.
  • Have a technical interest and enjoy understanding products and solutions.
  • Find it easy to work digitally and contribute to the efficiency of working methods, digital processes, and value-based sales.
  • Have basic knowledge of IT and business systems.
  • Speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
