Specialist Physician in Gastroenterology/Endoscopy sought for assignment in Gothenburg

We are now seeking experienced specialist physicians in medical gastroenterology and hepatology, or alternatively, highly experienced endoscopists, for an assignment in Gothenburg. The assignment involves endoscopic examinations with a focus on gastroscopy and colonoscopy within a well-functioning operation at Axesshuset.

This is an assignment for you who wish to work daytime hours Monday to Friday in a professional environment with the possibility of a flexible setup. We are looking for a total of three consultants, and you have the opportunity to work individual weeks or longer consecutive periods depending on preferences and availability.

About the assignment

• Location: Gothenburg, Axesshuset.
• Period: 2026-05-25 – 2026-09-30.
• Specific need: Week 24, week 31, and week 32.
• Scope: Flexible, possibilities for both shorter and longer periods.
• Working hours: Weekdays during daytime.

We are looking for you who

• Are a specialist physician in medical gastroenterology and hepatology, or have extensive endoscopic experience.
• Have at least 5 years of endoscopy experience according to regional agreements.
• Have extensive experience with gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
• Communicate very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• Work independently but also function well in a team.
