About the roleYou will step into a high-tech operation within the defense and security industry where new products and production equipment need to be quality assured from development to production. The role is close to both development and manufacturing, and you will become a key part of building robust quality processes, preventing deviations, and driving improvements in industrialization.
You will work in a growing quality team with many interfaces and have the opportunity to influence how quality work is conducted in production. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to combine analysis, structure, and improvement work in a technically advanced environment.
Responsibilities- You plan, participate in, and follow up on the verification and qualification of products and production equipment.
- You drive the work of developing, preparing, and defining quality processes, quality assurance, and quality controls in production.
- You plan and conduct FMEA, control plans, and capability analyses.
- You analyze results from MSA and Gage R&R.
- You lead and coordinate quality and improvement work in close collaboration with other functions.
- You participate in and lead meeting forums related to quality.
- You investigate root causes of deviations, define corrective actions, and follow up on their effectiveness.
- You participate in product and process quality audits and work with SPC (Statistical Process Control).
- Civil Engineer or University degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience within quality, mechanics, or chemistry
- At least two years of experience within the quality field
- Experience with MSA and Gage R&R
- Experience with FMEA, Lean, and root cause analysis
- Knowledge of quality systems and quality standards
- Experience with quality work in a production environment
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with Minitab
- Permanent employment at Avaron AB
