E-Tron AB is a service and sales company within the electric vehicle industry that is constantly developing and growing organically. The company has 10 employees and we have loyal customers and service contracts in Greater Stockholm, with municipalities, housing companies, industries, and cemeteries among our main customers. We are passionate about the environment and work continuously with sustainable development, believing that electric vehicles are an important puzzle piece for a climate-smart society.

We now need to strengthen our team with one more service technician.

As a service technician with us, you have access to a service vehicle, your own tools, and your own workspace in the workshop with a vehicle lift. Many repairs and services are performed on-site at the customer's location. To a large extent, you will work independently under the motto: great freedom with personal responsibility. A popular aspect of the role is the variety of working out at the customer's site and inside our workshop.

In the role of an independent service technician, you will, among other things:

• Perform troubleshooting, service, and repairs on smaller electric work vehicles, both at the customer's site and in the workshop.
• Equip new vehicles with customer-specific superstructures before sale.
• Have extensive customer contact and act as the face of the company and our products.
• Document your work continuously.

You will have a varied daily routine, for example, working with simpler service at the customer's site in the morning, then coming into the workshop to work on other repairs in the afternoon. We only have specially adapted vehicles, and you will receive training to work on all the vehicles we have.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a service technician/vehicle mechanic or vehicle technical education.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good computer skills, as we only have modern vehicles where both troubleshooting and reporting are done via computer.
• Swedish language skills (spoken and written), as you will have daily customer contact and need to document your work continuously.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Previous experience working with electric vehicles.
• Previous experience working as a forklift mechanic.
• Previous experience working as a car mechanic.

Has high social competence, as you will have business-critical interactions with customers daily. You are essentially the face of E-Tron.

Is self-motivated, as you will have a lot of responsibility and freedom. It is important that you can drive your work forward yourself and participate in planning your workday.

Start: Immediately

Working hours: Mon–Thu: 07:00–16:00, Fri: 07:00–15:00

Location: You start each day from the workshop in Tumba, but work both at the customer's site and in the workshop.

Employment type: Full-time permanent, 6-month probation period.
