In the role of Project Manager HVAC at Total VVS, you are responsible for the entire project process – from calculation and purchasing to follow-up and closure. You are based at the company's office in Arlöv and drive projects in the surrounding area.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and drive HVAC projects from start to finish
• Responsible for budget, calculation, and financial follow-up
• Purchasing of materials and coordination of resources
• Follow-up of hours, progress, and project status
• Handle after-sales and warranty cases
• Close collaboration with installers and management

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Experience as a project manager within HVAC/VS
• Good financial understanding and experience working with budgets and calculations
• Experience with contracting and ROT projects
• Experience working in work order systems and calculation programs

We are looking for someone who is solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and unpretentious. You thrive in a daily routine with many parallel projects, have a positive attitude, and enjoy working close to the operations in a hands-on role.
