We are looking for a Production Technician for a long-term assignment with our client in the aviation industry. The role is located within a business unit working on reconnaissance aircraft, with a focus on developing and streamlining production processes. About the assignment

As a Production Technician, you will work broadly with the development and optimization of production flows. The role involves close collaboration with several parts of the organization, where a holistic perspective and teamwork skills are crucial.

Your main responsibilities include

• Develop methods and production flows
• Work with the industrialization of new products
• Analyze and ensure producibility for new products
• Develop new and improve existing production flows, both internally and externally
• Responsible for production and control preparation
• Preparation of articles in IFS Sherpa
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production problems and work proactively
• Create and develop work instructions
• Support functions within planning, preparation, and purchasing

Your Profile

• Experience in production technology and good knowledge of modern production philosophies
• Ability to translate theoretical knowledge into practical work
• Good understanding of reading technical drawings
• Experience working in ERP systems, preferably IFS Sherpa or similar
• Analytical skills and a structured approach to work
• Experience in problem-solving and improvement work
• Education equivalent to a high school diploma or relevant post-secondary education (VET, university college, or university)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
