To our factory in Tuve, we are now looking for mechanics for our adjustment department. In this role, you will work on adjusting and building cars after regular production, as well as performing customer adaptations in post-assembly. The work also includes addressing reported defects and completing missing or omitted materials. We offer a developing role in an engaged operation where you get the opportunity to work close to the product and contribute to high quality in the final result.
Your working hours will be scheduled during the day shift 06:42 – 15:48 or the evening shift 15:48 – 00:42.
Job Responsibilities
- Adjustment and completion of vehicles in the post-process
- Customer adaptations and post-assembly of cars
- Address reported defects and deviations
- Work based on assembly instructions and drawings/sprints
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments
We are looking for you who
Are a quick learner, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. You thrive in a practical environment and enjoy working solution-oriented.
Qualifications
- Category B driver's license
- Approved high school grades in core subjects Swedish 1, English 5, and Mathematics A
- At least 1 year of experience working in production, industry, or workshop
- Good familiarity with machines and tools
- Good ability to interpret assembly instructions and read drawings/sprints
- Good product knowledge with knowledge of vehicles
- Advantageous if you have a Category C license and a mechanic education
