The Role

ICA Supermarket Kävlinge is now looking for a fast and efficient employee. We are looking for you who have previous experience in retail work, preferably in an ICA store or another chain in the grocery trade. You are used to a high pace and have good customer service skills.

ICA Supermarket is one of Kävlinge's most visited grocery stores, offering a wide and affordable assortment, a large customer base, and high-quality raw materials.

Personal Attributes

As a person, you are engaged in your work and always strive for maximum customer satisfaction. You work quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the store's shelves and displays are always inspiring and well-stocked. You are a good team player, take initiative, and are self-motivated. You are physically strong and capable of lifting heavy items. You are passionate about working in retail and have no study plans that would interfere with your work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have previously worked at ICA, Willys, Coop, Lidl, or Hemköp. You should have good references from previous employers and be familiar with internal systems such as AOB, Min Butik, or similar. Previous experience with cash registers and fresh produce picking is a plus. A car and driver's license are advantageous. The position involves working during both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends.

Employment

The position is approximately 28.5 hours per week, with the possibility of extra shifts. The role includes fresh produce picking and cash register duties. Salary is paid according to the collective agreement. We conduct ongoing selection, so please submit your application as soon as possible!
