As a retail sales assistant, you are our ambassador and face to the outside world for Tele2. You will work with both private and business customers, which means varied working days and the opportunity to develop your skills within different customer segments. We are now looking for a full-time team member to join our great team!

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a retail sales assistant with us, you will have the chance to:

• Help build our store together with a tight-knit team.
• Create unique customer experiences by listening, understanding, and offering solutions that make a difference in everyday life.
• Develop your sales and customer service skills through ongoing training and support from experienced colleagues and the store manager.
• Contribute to a positive work environment where we celebrate successes together.
• Actively engage with and contact customers, both in-store and over the phone – to find new business opportunities, especially new business customers. You are curious, dare to reach out, and see every meeting as a chance to create value.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is results-oriented and motivated by achieving goals together with your team. You are professional in your interactions and have a flexible approach where effective collaboration is seen as a strength.

Our expectations of you include:

• Experience from previous service roles and a strong interest in learning more about customer service and sales.
• An interest in technology and products.
• The ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Being at least 18 years old. (According to AFS 2023:2 Chapter 5 Section 7 and Chapter 6 Section 8, you must be 18 years old to work with us).
