We are now looking for an Information Security Specialist who wants to join the journey to strengthen and further develop our information security work.

About the role

As an Information Security Specialist, you play a central role in ensuring that the company's information security is robust, efficient, and embedded in the operations. You work with independent governance, control, and monitoring – and contribute to translating requirements into actual compliance.

The role is broad within information security with a clear focus on governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). You develop and maintain our Information Security Management System (ISMS), review and challenge risk assessments, and drive the work of clarifying and implementing information security requirements within the organization.

You operate in close collaboration with the business, where you both support and challenge in order to reduce risk and create long-term value. In this role, you analyze risks and compliance, follow up on actions, and act as a qualified support to management and operations in both strategic and operational matters. You play a key role in translating regulations and standards – such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and LEK – into concrete and functional working methods, and contribute to raising the security maturity of the organization.

The role is part of a GRC team that constitutes the company's second line of defense, and reports to the Head of GRC. In your daily work, you also collaborate closely with Tre Sweden and Tre Denmark's joint CISO, risk colleagues, and our DPO. Together, you develop processes, clarify responsibilities, and create conditions for strong and sustainable regulatory compliance.

GRC is part of the Legal & Corporate Affairs function, which broadly supports the business in matters regarding information security, legal and regulatory issues, as well as other security matters.

About you

We believe you have several years of experience in information security, IT risk, or cybersecurity within a larger organization, with a clear focus on governance, risk management, and compliance. You have worked practically with frameworks based on ISO 27001 and feel confident in translating requirements into functional working methods within an organization.

It is meritorious if you have experience from regulatorily governed operations and are accustomed to working in a structured GRC environment. If you also have knowledge of NIS or CIS controls, we see that as a plus.

You master Swedish and English very well and are experienced in writing and reviewing governing documents, as well as presenting complex information in a clear and pedagogical manner.

As a person, you have high integrity and are used to working independently in an independent role. You are analytical and confident in making risk-based assessments, while also having the ability to build trust within the organization. You are clear in your communication and confident in driving your point of view, while being pragmatic and having a strong focus on actual risk reduction.
