Kingspan BAGA is a company operating within water management. We invest significant resources in research and development. Our forward-thinking approach is reflected in products that are at the forefront of technological development: sludge separators, mini wastewater treatment plants, treatment plants and waterworks, pumps, pump stations, and closed tanks, such as grease traps and oil separators. Our headquarters are located in Karlskrona. We have local offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Falun, Skövde, Alingsås, and Umeå. Since 2021, we have been part of the Kingspan Group.

We are now looking for our next service technician who wants to become part of our wonderful team!

About the role

Being a service technician at Kingspan BAGA means you are the face of the company towards our customers and will have daily customer contact. As a service technician, you are offered flexible work with great freedom under responsibility. You will have access to a service vehicle and will work from your home base.

You will work with modern products, processes, and tools that are at the forefront of technological development. Naturally, we ensure that you receive the product training needed to succeed in the role. The position also involves a few travel days per year.

The work includes among other things:

• Preventive maintenance
• Product servicing
• Troubleshooting
• Repairs

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in and experience with manual work in some form. You are practical and, not least, solution-focused. Since the work is largely performed on-site at the customer's location, you need to have a well-developed service mindset and good social skills. The role is physically demanding, which means you need to be in reasonably good physical shape.

We also believe that you have:

• Experience with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment.
• A strong technical interest and the desire to learn new things.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good teamwork skills. You need to be flexible and enjoy being helpful.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
