Working as a Quality Engineer
As a Quality Engineer in production, you will have a broad and developmental role where you work closely with production and other departments to drive quality improvements and technical analyses. You will gain an overall understanding of the entire production flow and work with both preventive and corrective actions within quality and measurement technology. The role involves great variation where you combine in-depth analysis work with collaboration and improvement initiatives in the business.

Main responsibilities:

• Drive and implement quality-improving measures
• Conduct advanced investigations and analyses of deviations
• Analyze and improve measurement techniques and evaluation methods
• Work with statistical analyses and improvement work
• Collaborate with different functions within the business to develop processes and working methods

The role is located at the client company Husqvarna.

Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent
Nexer Tech Talent are specialists in giving tech talents the ultimate start to their working lives. For this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work at our client's site starting immediately.

You will be coached by a consulting manager at Nexer Tech Talent. After successfully completing the consulting assignment, the intention is that you will be offered employment with our client.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a university or civil engineering degree, preferably with a focus on mechanical engineering or similar
• Have a strong technical interest and are driven by problem-solving and improvement work
• Have experience with or interest in root cause analysis, drawing technology, and measurement technology
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Have a good understanding of production processes and technical connections

As a person, you are analytical, curious, and driven by understanding and solving complex problems. You thrive working both independently and in close collaboration with others, and appreciate a daily routine with varied tasks and many contact points. You are proactive, happy to come up with new ideas, and have a natural drive to contribute to development, improvement, and change work.
