Do you want to help develop the sustainable process industry of the future?

At SealEco, we develop and manufacture innovative waterproofing solutions used in some of the world's most demanding projects. Sustainability, quality, and long-term development permeate everything we do – and now we are looking for you who want to contribute to the next step in our development journey.

We are looking for a Production Engineer who wants to make a difference – not just keep production running. You are driven by understanding how processes interconnect, analyzing data, and finding improvements that create real value. With an analytical approach and a good understanding of production flows, you will become an important part of our continued development towards an even more efficient and sustainable operation.

Here, you will have a role close to operations where analysis meets practice. Together with colleagues in production, maintenance, and management, you will work to develop processes, monitor results, and turn insights into concrete improvements. You will be part of our Operations team and report directly to our COO.

Here is what you will be working on in broad terms:

  • Analyze production data such as material consumption, scrap rates, and downtime
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) that support business development
  • Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in our production flows
  • Drive improvement projects together with production and maintenance
  • Conduct root cause analyses and ensure sustainable solutions
  • Develop and standardize working methods and processes
  • Participate in investments, testing, and development of production equipment
  • Contribute to a safe, efficient, and sustainable production flow.

Here, you get more than a job – you become part of a company where innovation, sustainability & collaboration are at the center. We offer a role with significant personal responsibility and great opportunities to influence. Here you will work in an international operation where your analyses and ideas are turned into concrete improvements that strengthen both production and the business. We believe in continuous development – both for our operations and our employees.

YOUR PROFILE

We believe you are motivated by understanding how production works and how it can become even better. You have an analytical approach, work in a structured manner, and see the value in making decisions based on facts. At the same time, you are someone who thrives in the operational environment and enjoys collaborating with people to find the best solutions.

We believe you have:

  • Experience in production engineering work or a similar role within the process or manufacturing industry
  • Good understanding of production flows
  • Experience with analysis, reporting, and monitoring of key performance indicators
  • Experience in improvement work and problem solving
  • A strong interest in technology, processes, and business development.
  • Very good skills in Excel and experience in database management are meritorious

We also want to open up the opportunity for you who are a recent graduate. If you have a post-secondary education in, for example, production technology, industrial economics, mechanical engineering, or another relevant technical direction, and are motivated by analyzing, developing, and improving processes, this could be your next job. We believe that the right attitude, an analytical approach, and a willingness to learn are at least as important as long experience.
