Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and can maintain a professional and positive tone regardless of the situation. You are used to working independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and ensure that cases are resolved. The telephone is your primary tool, and you communicate clearly, calmly, and with a service-oriented mindset.

As a person, you are structured, flexible, and attuned to the customer's needs. You plan and prioritize your work naturally and contribute to a good atmosphere within the team.

• Experience in customer service via phone and email
• Proficiency in working with various systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

What does the role entail?

In this role, you will become part of the customer service team, helping customers via phone, email, and chat. You handle inquiries regarding both products and services and collaborate closely with dealers to provide the right support. The work involves both simple and complex cases, and you actively seek information within the organization to provide accurate answers.

The team works closely together, and you contribute to good collaboration and shared results.

We conduct a background check that includes public information, such as criminal records. The data is handled confidentially and aims to ensure that the candidate meets the basic requirements for the role, where financial stability is an important part.
