About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and responsible maintenance technician who wants to work with supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance in a technically varied environment. The role also includes operational services, meaning you will perform installations, repairs, and adjustments of tenants' equipment.

As a maintenance technician, you will have a broad and varied assignment where you work within several technical areas, such as construction, plumbing, electrical, and control technology. The role requires both technical competence and good problem-solving skills, as you continuously identify, analyze, and rectify faults and deficiencies in the buildings' systems and installations.

An important part of the job is to contribute to the development of our properties by proposing and implementing improvements, for example within planned maintenance or smaller development projects. You work closely with your colleagues in the unit as well as in collaboration with technical property managers.

The position is primarily located at the Botanical Garden, where you work in a unique and technically advanced environment that includes a newly built greenhouse recently put into operation. Work in other parts of our combined maintenance and service assignment may also occur.

Travel within the region is included in the position, as well as on-call duty.

About You

We are looking for you who have a vocational upper secondary education with a focus on property, energy, control and regulation technology, or have other education and experience considered equivalent. It is an advantage if you have further education in construction, maintenance, or property management. You have experience of similar tasks and express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. A B-driver's license is required.

For the position, we would like you to have good computer skills and experience working with digital control and monitoring systems.

As a person, you are service-oriented and thrive in a customer-facing role. You are easy to collaborate with, while also taking personal responsibility and working independently when required. You are structured, meticulous, and flexible, and have a professional attitude towards your work. Furthermore, you have a good ability to create and develop positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
