About the Role

As a salesperson with us, you are the player on the field who drives business from first contact to signed contract. You work with the entire sales process, build relationships, and help customers find the right fire protection solutions that truly make a difference. In this role, you work closely with our fire protection consultants, meaning you benefit from their technical expertise while being responsible for customer dialogue and the business deal. Together, you ensure that the customer receives a comprehensive solution that is secure, clear, and adapted to their needs. This is a role for you who want to combine sales, customer contact, and a clear purpose – to contribute to a safer society.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Prospecting for potential customers and business opportunities.
• Scheduling your own meetings.
• Understanding customer needs and offering tailored fire protection solutions.
• Negotiating and writing contracts.
• Building strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Following up and driving deals through the entire sales process.

Brandsäkra works with comprehensive solutions in preventive fire protection for property owners, housing companies, and homeowners' associations. The vision is that no one should lose their life in a building fire. The business idea is to prevent and avoid fire through inspections, consultation, maintenance, and installation of various types of fire protection. We offer our services throughout Sweden and currently help approx. 900 associations with ongoing fire protection. Our customers include property companies, homeowners' associations, businesses, and municipalities. We are members of SVEBRA and the Fire Protection Association. Brandsäkra was named a Gasell by Dagens Industri in 2019, 2020, and 2021. In 2020, Brandsäkra received the award Entrepreneur of the Year from Företagarna.
