At Joint Academy's primary care clinic Active Rehab Kinna, we are now looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist who wants to become part of our team. Here, you will work in a stimulating and modern environment alongside dedicated colleagues from various professions.

About the role

As an Occupational Therapist at Active Rehab Kinna, you will become an integral part of a larger interprofessional team consisting of dedicated occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

The clinic is centrally located in Kinna with modern facilities, offering high accessibility and a strong patient focus.

At the clinic, we highly value teamwork and continuous learning. We believe that a strong work climate is built on openness, participation, and community – where we actively share knowledge, support each other, and enjoy working together, all while delivering care of the highest quality.

Here, you will work broadly across different areas of occupational therapy, including:

  • Hand training and hand rehabilitation
  • Assessment, mapping, and training of cognition
  • Daily balance and activity assessment
  • Prescription of assistive devices and functional assessment
  • Home visits and housing adaptation

Based on the clinic's needs, you will also have the opportunity to work with digital patients via Joint Academy's healthcare platform – an opportunity that provides both flexibility and stimulating variation in daily work.

The position is primarily a full-time role, but we also welcome applications from those interested in part-time work.

Who are you?

  • Are a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Experience from primary care is an advantage
  • Have an interest in working with various patient groups and broadly within occupational therapy
  • Are curious about digital working methods and see the possibilities with hybrid care
  • Are flexible, open to change, and able to adapt quickly to new situations
  • Have the ability to work both independently and in a team, as well as showing a good ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Have good proficiency in both spoken and written Swedish and English

What do we offer?

  • A secure full-time employment with a location in Kinna
  • An experienced and dedicated team
  • A dynamic and varied daily routine where you get to work both physically and digitally
  • Access to Joint Academy's platform for digital care
  • Collegial support, internal competence development, and clear opportunities for influence
  • Collective agreement and wellness allowance
