About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will have a hands-on, varied job where you are both involved in operations and responsible for planning and quality assurance.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and supporting a team in daily facility management tasks
• Planning staffing, schedules, and ensuring that assignments are adequately staffed in a timely manner
• Monitoring quality, conducting rounds, and ensuring that contracts and procedures are followed
• Maintaining ongoing dialogue with customers, receiving feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Onboarding and training new employees on methods, machinery, and routines
• Serving as the link between employees, customers, and operations managers/managers

Who We Are Looking For

You like to stay on top of things, thrive under responsibility, and believe that collaboration works best when everyone helps each other.

We believe you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in professional facility management in commercial or public environments
• Experience in team leadership or supervision, preferably with scheduling and daily management
• Vocational or high school education in facility management, service, or a similar field
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and the ability to give clear instructions
• Certification according to SRY or equivalent (meritorious)
• Meritorious: INSTA 800 level 3+, experience with multicultural teams, and basic IT skills
