About the Role
As a Traffic Coordinator, you will plan and administer transports between Sweden and Poland, primarily within import. You will be part of an engaged team of 5 employees and a Traffic Manager, together finding the best solutions for the company's customers' transports.
The following tasks are included in the role of Traffic Coordinator:
- Daily contact with hauliers, drivers, shipping lines, and customers.
- Load planning of goods.
- Planning of our outgoing units and assignment of tractor units.
- Notification to customers regarding loading and unloading.
- Booking of loading and unloading times as well as reporting in customer-specific systems.
- Daily control of trailer availability and ensuring, in consultation with colleagues, that the trailer flow is balanced.
- Economic reporting prior to invoicing.
This is a consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Emploid and hired as a consultant to our client.
About You
To fit this role, you are a person driven by doing good business, have a pronounced service spirit, and the ambition to always put the customer first. In addition, you should be stress-resistant, able to handle a changing daily routine, and function both in a group and in independent work. You have a solution-oriented approach and good communication skills in collaboration with both colleagues and customers.
Competency Requirements:
- Experience in service, order handling, planning, and administration.
- Good knowledge of the Office package, system proficiency, and general IT competence.
- Fluent knowledge of Polish and English in speech and writing; knowledge of Swedish is highly meritorious.
- It is meritorious, but not a requirement, if you have any type of experience from the transport and logistics industry.
