We are now looking for an Order Planning Manager for an exciting assignment in Gothenburg, where you will play a central role in the supply chain and have the opportunity to influence both processes and the customer experience.

As an Order Planning Manager, you are responsible for order planning related to an international product portfolio. You work closely with several parts of the organization, including sales, production, warehousing, and central logistics functions, to ensure high delivery precision and efficient order flows.

You will become part of an engaged team in a global operation where collaboration, structure, and continuous improvement are in focus 🌍

• Plan and manage customer orders to ensure delivery according to desired schedules

• Follow up on and administer order processes, such as order changes, delivery stops, and returns handling

• Maintain ongoing dialogue with markets and internal stakeholders

• Identify deviations and initiate proactive measures

• Manage and resolve order-related issues within the global supply chain

• Monitor KPIs such as delivery precision and lead times

• Participate in and drive improvement work within logistics and processes

• Has experience in logistics, supply chain, or order management

• Has strong analytical skills and works in a structured and proactive manner

• Is communicative and accustomed to cross-functional collaboration

• Has a strong customer and quality focus

• Has experience in process and improvement work

• Has a university degree in fields such as engineering, logistics, or equivalent

• Speaks and writes fluent English
