There are sales jobs where you mostly chase meetings, fill your CRM, and pretend that yet another "customer journey" is changing the world. And then there are jobs where you sell something that actually makes a difference.

Biluppgifter helps people and companies make better vehicle decisions based on facts — not gut feelings, old habits, or half-baked guesses.

We are now looking for an Account Executive who wants to drive our growth forward — in Sweden, in the Nordics, and across Europe.

This is the role

You build your own pipeline. Phone, email, LinkedIn, networking — you know what it takes.

On paper, your outreach is cold. In practice, it is rarely that cold — Biluppgifter.se is Sweden's largest motor website with over 30 million vehicle searches per month, so most people you contact already know us. Inbound leads occur as a complement, but you should enjoy the hunt.

The sales process is consultative. Some customers want our ready-made API packages straight away, others need something custom-made. We easily set up test accounts, and the data speaks for itself as soon as the customer gets to play with it — much of the job is opening the door.

The sales cycle ranges from weeks to months. Our customer base stretches from startups to established market leaders — workshops, car dealers, insurance companies, car manufacturers, tire and spare parts suppliers, fleet management, technical platforms, and authorities. Both Swedish and international.

Who we think you are

We are located in Halmstad. The role is on-site — not hybrid, not remote. You need to live in or move to the region.

We do not require ten years of B2B experience. What we need is someone who is smart, easy to talk to, good at building relationships, and reasonably technically knowledgeable. You must be curious enough to learn the product and package the right solution for the right customer.

You have strong social skills, are not afraid to pick up the phone, and have enough structure to keep things organized without becoming so process-driven that all spontaneous intelligence disappears.

Are you looking for a calm farming role? This is not the right job. You need to enjoy hunting — even if we make the hunt as warm as we can.

English must be fluent.

The team and start

You will become part of a growing sales team around our API business — we are one salesperson today, the plan is at least three. You report to Josefine, our Business Manager.

You do not start from zero. Inbound leads come in continuously, several products easily cross-sell into the same customer. We invest heavily in AI and technical solutions that help the team find the right prospects and prioritize the pipeline.

Onboarding: the first week is training. Then you scale up as you get settled in the saddle.

What you get

  • Individual salary setting: fixed part + commission
  • Occupational pension: 5% of base salary + holiday pay, in addition to the general pension
  • Wellness allowance: 5,000 SEK/year
  • Health insurance

Full-time. Start date by agreement.

Interview with Josefine, then a decision. No case studies. From application to decision: 2–3 weeks.
