Do you love food, customer service, and sales? We are now looking for engaged and service-oriented deli sales assistants/deli attendants for summer assignments at a large ICA store in Halmstad!

Here you will have the opportunity to work in an inspiring delicatessen department where quality, customer interaction, and passion for food are in focus. We are looking for you who are passionate about sales and want to provide every customer with a first-class experience at the counter.

You will work in the store's manual delicatessen counter, selling among other things:

• Charcuterie

• Cheese

• Fish

• Meat

You will assist customers with recommendations, inspiration, and top-notch service while also handling restocking, display, and daily operations of the department.

We are looking for someone with experience working in a manual delicatessen counter and who feels confident with several different product areas within deli. You have good product knowledge and use it actively to create added value for the customer through tips, advice, and upselling.

You are social, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. For you, it is natural to always strive to exceed customer expectations.

• Has experience working in a manual delicatessen counter

• Has worked with several different product areas such as cheese, charcuterie, fish, and meat

• Is service-oriented and customer-focused

• Has good product knowledge and an interest in food

• Thrives in a high tempo and can handle stressful situations

• Is flexible, responsible, and positive

We are particularly looking for someone who has previously been employed at an ICA store and thereby gained a good understanding of ICA's way of working, routines, and vision.

Summer assignment with varying working hours during the store's opening hours. Both weekdays and weekends may occur.

You will be employed by Bemannica and work as a consultant at our client's site.

Salary according to collective agreement.
