ABOUT THE POSITION

We at Kura Omsorg are looking for personal assistants who want a meaningful job working alongside our client in Finspång. The position is a temporary hourly role where you work as needed, for example when regular staff is absent.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• Day, afternoon, and evening shifts on weekdays

• Day and evening shifts on weekends

We would appreciate it if you could start your introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is a man in his 70s who has Multiple Sclerosis (MS). His assistants are an important part of his daily life, and we are now looking for one more star to join the team. Your tasks will be varied but will primarily consist of supporting him in his daily routine, including hygiene routines and household chores. Lifting and transfers are part of the work.

Our client is looking for someone who is self-assured, secure, and cheerful. You should be attentive and interested in the client and what he wishes to do. Furthermore, you are a calm and caring person who can handle significant responsibility. However, the most important thing for us is that you and our client enjoy each other's company.

REQUIREMENTS

• Non-smoker

• Ability to work in a home with a dog

• Fluent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Category B driver's license and access to a car

• Experience working as a personal assistant

Employment level: Temporary hourly position

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record register and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so the order should be placed well in advance.
