We are now looking for a driven pharmacist who wants to help continue developing our highly regarded pharmacy located at ICA Kvantum in Östersund. Together with the team, we work every day to exceed customer expectations. For us, customer health and optimal medication use are always the focus. Through engagement, knowledge, and good service, we create satisfied customers and a successful pharmacy.

We are located in fantastic Östersund, a city that offers proximity to nature, mountains, and a rich outdoor lifestyle year-round. Here we meet all types of customers, from loyal regulars and families to visitors and tourists discovering Jämtland throughout the year.

With us, you become part of an engaged team consisting of seven pharmacists and two advisors. Together, we create a positive work environment characterized by joy and a strong customer focus. Order and structure in daily work are valued here, as is open and clear communication between colleagues.

As a manager, it is important to me that you are meticulous, flexible, and contribute a positive attitude.

We help each other, support one another, and work with great dedication to both customers and each other. We also offer good opportunities for further development in your professional role, for example, in areas such as responsible pharmacist or medication coordinator.

We are open from 8:00–20:00 on weekdays and 10:00–18:00 on weekends. The position is a permanent employment, full-time or part-time as agreed.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacist (apotekare). You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist, and you identify with the following description:

• You show interest and engagement in customer interactions and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and across the region/entire Apotek Hjärtat network.
• You take responsibility for handling the requirements placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday work.
