The Role of ST-Doctor

ST-Doctor in General Practice. As an ST-Doctor, you will be employed on a permanent basis with a start date to be agreed upon. The extent of employment can be discussed according to your preferences.

Your Profile

You have a Swedish medical license, knowledge of the Swedish language at least at C1 level, and a driver's license. As a person, you should be able to work independently and with different professional groups. You are flexible and want to develop the operations together with us. You are development- and improvement-oriented, seeing changes as challenges and opportunities. Since our work is varied, we see that you are flexible and have an easy time adapting your work, interaction, and attitude based on the patient and situation. Good cooperation with management and colleagues is important to you, where you value everyone's involvement.

Many general specialists work here, which gives us the opportunity to offer you continuous, good supervision from experienced district doctors. In addition, ST-doctors in the healthcare area meet regularly with the study director. We are very proud of our ST program. We collaborate with Futurum, Region Jönköping County's research and education unit, and Qulturum, the region's unit for business development and improvements, which makes it possible to develop within research or towards a future leadership role. A zone supplement is paid for this position.
