GP sought – Help shape the future of primary care

This autumn, we are implementing a new team-based working model, and we are now looking for a GP who wants to be part of this development journey. Here, you will work with your own clearly defined patient list, creating good conditions for continuity and long-term patient relationships. You will get to know your patients and follow them over time – a crucial foundation for safe and quality care.

A new way of working with the team in focus

This autumn, we are introducing structured teamwork where doctors, nurses, specialists, and resident doctors work closely together around a shared patient group. You will play a key role in developing and shaping this working model in practice.

Clear access for patients

Patients have a direct path to their team via TeleQ, where team nurses respond daily. This ensures good accessibility, better structure in the work, and creates prerequisites for more cohesive care.

• Are a specialist in general practice or have equivalent competence
• Want to help develop new working methods in primary care
• Enjoy teamwork and contribute to a good work climate
• Value continuity and good patient contact
• Embrace new knowledge, work according to the latest research, and serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues.
• Can adapt your work, attitude, and approach based on the patient and situation.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, wish to contribute to participation and a good work environment.
