About the Workplace

Primary Care Area East is a basic unit consisting of the Ålidhem and Holmsund/Obbola health centers. Ålidhem Health Center has its clinic on Tvistevägen near Ålidhem Center and Iksu. We have approximately 22,700 registered inhabitants in a varied catchment area with a generally young population. Within the health center, there are approximately 97 employees, including the family center at Ålidhem Center and the paramedical clinic at Tvistevägen 48 in Tietohusen.

We are now looking for a PTP Psychologist for our paramedical clinic. About 17 employees work here in professional categories such as psychologists, counselors, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Our workplace is characterized by an open work climate and joy in work; together, we create a lovely atmosphere with much laughter and openness. We value collaboration and work closely together in team-based care for patients. Our employees possess significant experience and knowledge, and there is opportunities for supervision both externally and internally. Job Responsibilities

As a PTP Psychologist with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better.

• You support and develop people at all stages of life.
• You work both independently and in teams with assessment, investigation, and treatment under supervision.
• The duties follow the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations on practical service for psychologists.
• You have a supervisor on-site and a well-functioning psychologist group.
• You participate in Region Västerbotten's PTP program with half-day meetings either scheduled in Umeå or digitally. All meetings are mandatory and include theme days led by an experienced psychologist, study visits, or reviews of professional legal and ethical issues. In addition to competence development, you get the opportunity to exchange experiences with other PTP Psychologists.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained psychologist with an interest in primary care.

You are a secure and stable person with a professional attitude. You enjoy collaborating and being there for both colleagues and patients.

Employment Type

Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer.
