ABOUT THE ROLE
Vera Assistans AB is currently seeking a Documentation Coordinator within the field of personal assistance. We are looking for you who have experience with documentation, follow-up, and administrative work within healthcare, social care, or personal assistance.
As a Documentation Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that documentation, routines, and follow-ups are handled in a correct, structured, and professional manner according to current laws, guidelines, and internal procedures.
Responsibilities
The role includes, among other things:
- Responsible for ongoing documentation regarding clients, assistance assignments, and interventions.
- Ensure that implementation plans are updated and regularly followed up.
- Document and monitor clients' needs, changes, and significant events.
- Handle deviations, reports, and internal follow-ups.
- Support client managers and supervisors with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Ensure that documentation complies with requirements under the LSS Act, the Social Services Act, and internal quality routines.
- Prepare materials for follow-ups, meetings, and potential inspections.
- Communicate with clients, relatives, assistants, and internal functions as needed.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the company's documentation routines.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- At least 1–2 years of experience in documentation, administration, or similar work within personal assistance, LSS, healthcare, or social care.
- A good understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and professional conduct.
- Strong proficiency in Swedish, both verbal and written.
- Good computer skills and experience with digital documentation systems.
- The ability to work in a structured, meticulous, and independent manner.
- An understanding of the importance of correct documentation within personal assistance.
Previous experience with implementation plans, deviation management, self-control, or quality work within personal assistance is an advantage.
