RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a physiotherapist for our HSL team!

With us, you will get an interesting and varied job with patients in both ordinary and special housing, short-term care, and LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). The work involves freedom under your own responsibility; you structure and plan your work yourself. The main tasks are to make assessments and offer, carry out, and evaluate the health care interventions required based on the individual's rehabilitation needs. The work is independent and in a team.

The Rehabilitation Team in Bräcke Municipality consists of three physiotherapists, three occupational therapists, and one rehabilitation assistant. The Rehabilitation Team has continuous meetings as a natural hub for cooperation, exchange within the own profession, and to change/develop forward. All have an important role in team work together with other professions. Team meetings and care team meetings are forums out in the operations where all professions participate to create good and patient-safe care around our patients.

Bräcke Municipality is divided into the municipal parts Bräcke, Gällö, and Kälarne. The Rehabilitation Team is divided into these three areas of responsibility. The starting point and main responsibility is Gällö together with the occupational therapy colleague. Cooperation across boundaries is important where, as a team, we help and support each other as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist with a genuine interest in people. In your work, it is required that you are sensitive to individual needs, flexible, responsible, and willing to cooperate, as well as having the ability to lead staff and give them support and advice in matters concerning the professional area. We also see that you have a positive attitude and with good treatment towards both colleagues and patients and relatives. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.

Requirement of a B driver's license and computer skills. Express yourself well in both speech and writing in the Swedish language.

In the event of employment, you are required to submit an extract from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract for work in the home with elderly people and persons with disabilities is requested by yourself on polisen.se. It is valid for 6 months.
