Your Role

Together with your colleagues, you will create a safe environment for our elderly residents. You will be part of a team that plans, implements, evaluates, and develops operations in accordance with our guiding documents.

Your Qualifications

You are a trained nursing assistant (undersköterska). We are looking for someone who is engaged and driven, good at collaborating, yet able to take personal responsibility and work independently. You treat both the elderly and your colleagues in a professional manner, always starting from the individual's needs. Personal suitability is highly valued.

A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.

Merits

Experience from home care services and familiarity with the various digital systems used.

Other Information:

Selection and contact are made on an ongoing basis. We offer an annual wellness allowance of 2,000 SEK and the option to exchange vacation days. We strive for a balanced gender distribution in our operations.
