Assignment Description

We are currently looking for experienced Senior Mobile Developers.

What You Will Work On

• Design, develop, and enhance mobile applications for large-scale consumer platforms.
• Build scalable and reusable mobile components and platform capabilities.
• Contribute to mobile architecture decisions and long-term technical direction.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Deliver high-quality user experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
• Establish and promote engineering best practices and development standards.
• Perform code reviews and support high-quality software delivery.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and platform teams.
• Drive technical improvements across development workflows and architecture.
• Support adoption of modern engineering approaches including AI-assisted development.
• Coach and mentor developers while encouraging knowledge sharing.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in mobile application development using Kotlin and/or Swift.
• Strong background delivering large-scale consumer applications with demanding performance and reliability requirements.
• Solid understanding of scalable mobile architectures and reusable component design.
• Experience building maintainable and high-quality mobile platforms.
• Strong focus on user experience, accessibility, and engineering excellence.
• Comfortable influencing technical direction and architectural decisions.
• Experience working in cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in mentoring, coaching, and supporting team growth.
• Curiosity and openness toward modern development practices and emerging technologies.
• Experience or interest in AI-assisted software development approaches is considered beneficial.
