As a staffing nurse at Somera, you have the freedom to manage your own work life – full-time or extra shifts, you choose. You develop your knowledge through varied assignments in different operations and at the same time receive secure support from managers who truly care. You will be employed by us and hired out to perform standard nursing tasks within short-term housing, LSS (support and service for persons with certain disabilities), and/or home healthcare. The work includes, among other things, taking responsibility for the care of patients through counseling, medical assessments, and medication management.

In the role, you are also expected to provide guidance, counseling, and support to the care staff, as well as be flexible in relation to the operation's routines and conditions.

Although a municipality is mentioned in the ad, the assignments may be located elsewhere.
