To our store in Sälen, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The employment covers the summer months, and the position is approximately 36 hours per week.

In your role as a sales associate with us

Work in the store is varied. During a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a sales associate with us, you are the face of Systembolaget. Strong team spirit, a fast pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

We are looking for someone who

• Is of legal age (20 years or older) to serve the customers who are allowed to shop with us.
• Has good social skills and understands how to contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, earliest from 06:00 and latest until 22:00 in June, July, and August.
• Enjoys collaborating and wants to contribute to achieving our common goals.
• Has a flexible attitude, a curious approach to learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.

Experience in a service role and/or with food and drink is considered an advantage.
