About the role

Are you an experienced Automation Engineer driven by creating cutting-edge technical solutions? We are now looking for an engaged colleague to join our team in Ystad! Here, you will enjoy a varied daily routine where you work with the entire spectrum – from initial investigations to programming and commissioning of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems directly at our customers' sites.

Your workplace is flexible, shared between our office and field work at customer locations. You will be based in Ystad, but since we operate close to our customers, travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Investigation and specification of automation requirements.
• Programming and configuration of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Commissioning and testing of systems within the customer's operations.
• Troubleshooting and optimization of existing facilities.
• Close dialogue with customers to ensure the delivery of the highest quality.

Requirements for the position

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in automation and PLC programming.
• Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in automation, electrical engineering, or similar.
• Specialized expertise in PLC programming and experience with leading manufacturers on the market.
• Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (Category B) is required for this position.
