Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client specializing in upfitting and service of heavy-duty vehicles. They are looking for a Spare Parts Salesperson for their operations in Gothenburg. The company is an established player in the industry, providing solutions to both private and public clients within the transport and recycling sectors.

About the Role

As a Spare Parts Salesperson, you will play a key role in the company's service team, responsible for the entire spare parts process. The role involves daily contact with customers and partners, as well as close collaboration with internal departments to ensure high service levels and efficient solutions.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a combined role involving customer contact, administration, and technical inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and advisory services regarding spare parts
  • Handling quotations and order flows
  • Contact with customers, distributors, and partners
  • Inventory management, stocktaking, and structuring of spare parts
  • Administration and document handling

Over time, you will build broad product knowledge and become a key advisory contact for customers needing the right spare parts solutions for their vehicles.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who

  • Have a strong customer focus and thrive in a role involving sales and service
  • Have technical understanding, for example through workshop training or experience in technical sales
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
  • Have experience with spare parts, aftermarket, or vehicle-related operations (preferred)
  • Are familiar with working in Office 365 and business systems

As a person, you are structured, responsible, and collaborative. You are solution-oriented, see the big picture, and thrive in a role where you take ownership and handle multiple touchpoints simultaneously.

Meritorious Experience

  • Experience with upfitting such as loader cranes, cranes, or garbage trucks
  • Experience working with vehicles, preferably heavy-duty vehicles
  • Previous work experience with the business system Jeeves
