In this role

In this role, you will work for a successful and expanding company active in the banking and finance sector, with its headquarters in central Stockholm. The employment begins with a thorough introductory training where you will learn everything you need to know to get started with the job in the best way – great emphasis is placed on all consultants becoming part of the company from day one. You will also get to work in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities include guiding and attending to customers in a service-oriented and professional manner via phone. Additionally, you will administer and handle cases.

The job includes, for example:

• Answering incoming calls and emails
• Handling banking-related cases
• Helping customers with loan applications

Your profile

Are you the one we are looking for? This job suits you if you are open-minded and always striving forward. The role requires that you can juggle many balls and enjoy when things are happening. You have good knowledge of administration, customer calls, and service, which you have acquired either through studies or work life. If you have worked in customer service before, you will climb even higher on the list of interesting candidates.

Additionally, we are looking for you who:

• are fluent in Finnish & Swedish in speech and writing
• are loyal and want to develop
• have experience in service work

It is an advantage if you:

• have experience from banking or customer service from previous jobs
