Here, you will become an important part of the hotel's face to the outside world, working in an international and professional environment with a fast pace, strong team spirit, and fantastic surroundings.

As a receptionist at Hotel Union Geiranger, your responsibilities will include:

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Hotel room bookings and inquiries
• Guest service and upselling
• Ensuring the reception and lobby maintain high standards
• Contributing to safety and excellent service for both guests and colleagues
• Other tasks related to daily operations

We are looking for someone who:

• Is positive, responsible, and service-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work in a structured manner
• Is flexible and solution-oriented
• Has good communication skills in Scandinavian languages and English
• Is meticulous and efficient in your work
• Has previous experience from hotels, reception, or service roles (preferred)
