The operation consists of four cross-professional teams with occupational health nurses, occupational physicians, and psychologists, active in Södertälje, Oskarshamn, and Luleå. You will become part of one of the teams in Södertälje and will also collaborate closely with ergonomists and occupational health engineers for our joint customers.

Scania is in the midst of a comprehensive transformation – from primarily being a manufacturer of trucks, buses, and engines to offering complete and sustainable transport solutions. Within the HSE area, we function as an independent expert resource that supports operations in ensuring and promoting health, safety, and sustainable productivity, in accordance with current legislation, science, and proven experience.

  • Working in our Call Center
  • Participating in daytime on-call duty and crisis support during acute incidents
  • Providing support and advice to managers
  • Planning and conducting training and lectures within the occupational medicine field
  • Conducting reception work such as pre-employment examinations and statutory health checks
  • Driving internal development and improvement initiatives within the operation

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are an Occupational Health Nurse or a Registered Nurse with experience in occupational health care. You have a genuine interest in people's health and well-being and thrive in a consultative role.

To succeed in the role, we see that you:

  • Are confident, positive, and independent
  • Have a good ability to create and develop trusting relationships with both customers and colleagues
  • Have a strong commitment to development and improvement work within your area of expertise
  • Master English very well in both speech and writing
  • Have good computer skills
