Your Responsibilities

In the role of mobile supervisor, you have overall responsibility for participants in work-oriented activities as well as for employees with publicly protected employment (OSA). Your main task is to lead, motivate, and guide individuals within cleaning services.

The work includes:

• Guiding participants and employees both individually and in groups.
• Distributing tasks and ensuring schedules and quality within cleaning services.
• Conducting theoretical and practical competence-building measures related to cleaning.
• Holding regular follow-up meetings to guide and motivate in daily work.
• Handling related administration and documentation in our operational systems.

As you are mobile, you also serve as an important resource to support other operations and supervisors within the unit in cases such as illness or leave. You also collaborate closely with labour market consultants and other actors within the municipality, where you jointly support the individual's development with the long-term goal of self-sufficiency.

The tasks may be physically demanding to some extent, as large-scale cleaning occurs in the operations.

Your Workplace

The Integration and Labour Market Administration has approximately 350 employees, and this position belongs to the Services Unit within the Department for Labour Market Measures. We are responsible, among other things, for ensuring that Linköping Municipality provides relevant labour market measures and for operating activities for OSA employees. Our main task is to support the development of participants and employees who are in a labour market measure. The ultimate goal is for individuals to achieve self-sufficiency, either through studies or via work with or without support on the regular labour market.

You are primarily based at the Vidingsjö Sports Centre, but the work involves travel and assignments at various locations throughout Linköping Municipality. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:00.

Who You Are

We are looking for you who have a completed upper secondary education combined with a qualification from a cleaning service training (e.g., PRYL/SRY) or other education that the employer deems suitable. You have practical experience in supervising and guiding people who need extra support. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with people outside the labour market and if you have experience in daily cleaning in a public environment.

In this position, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing to communicate smoothly with both participants and colleagues. Furthermore, you have good computer skills and experience working in various operational systems, such as Lifecare and Unit4 or similar, as administration and documentation are part of your daily work. Since travel and driving assignments occur within the municipality, a B license for manual transmission is a requirement.

To succeed in the role, you have good collaboration skills that make you receptive and solve challenges in a constructive way in interactions with others. As a person, you are service-oriented and meet your surroundings with a calm and accommodating attitude. You are stable, maintain a realistic perspective, and focus on the right things even in pressured situations. Furthermore, you are quality-conscious and meticulous to ensure that the operation's goals and standards are met. Finally, your pedagogical insight contributes to your good understanding of people's different prerequisites and your ability to smoothly adapt your message to the recipient.
