About the workplace

The Technical and Community Services Administration is a broad and socially important workplace where many competencies collaborate. Here, we work with the entire societal construction process – from authority enforcement and planning to project implementation, operation, and service.

Our operations include environment and health, building permits, land surveying, projects, operation, maintenance, water and waste, as well as cleaning and meals. Within the support staff, there is administration, development issues, and GIS, which support the operations and contribute to coordination, quality, and long-term development.

About the position

The Operations Business Area is responsible for the maintenance and operation of all the municipality's facility assets, i.e., all maintenance measures are planned according to the needs and the economy allocated. The business area is also responsible for emergency interventions if necessary to ensure that the facilities function on a daily basis. The responsibility also includes performing cleaning in all of the municipality's premises.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning in various assignments within the cleaning operations.
• Maintenance cleaning with combination scrubbing machines, floor care, and deep cleaning.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language.
• Experience in the cleaning industry is preferred.
• You organize and plan your work well, work according to a clear process where you complete what you have started. You set timeframes and meet deadlines.
• You are calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have the interest, willingness, and ability to help others and strive to deliver solutions.

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment.
• Working hours: Daytime.
