SSG Facility Services is looking for Cleaners

SSG Facility Services is growing and is now looking for more dedicated cleaners for our operations in Motala, Linköping, Mjölby, Vadstena, and Skänninge.

We work with businesses, property owners, and private customers, performing tasks such as office cleaning, home cleaning, stairwell cleaning, move-out cleaning, window cleaning, and specialized cleaning.

About the Role

As a cleaner at SSG Facility Services, you work closely with our customers and become an important representative of the company.

You are responsible for carrying out cleaning assignments according to instructions, schedules, and quality requirements.

The duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Daily cleaning for businesses and private customers
• Stairwell and building cleaning
• Move-out cleaning and deep cleaning
• Window cleaning and simpler special assignments
• Restocking materials and reporting deviations
• Contact with supervisors and customer service regarding times, keys, and assignments

We are looking for someone who

• Is meticulous, responsible, and punctual
• Takes pride in doing a good job and leaving things clean
• Can work independently but also functions well in a team
• Has a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
• Understands the importance of being on time and following instructions
• Is flexible and willing to help where needed

Previous experience in cleaning is advantageous, but the right attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn are equally important.

Scope: Employment based on need, part-time or full-time as agreed

Employment Type: Permanent or fixed-term, depending on need and assignment

Salary: According to the collective agreement Almega Service Companies - Service Contracting
